Refund policy
Eligible returns can be sent to us at 8008 34th Ave N,Minneapolis MN 55427. Please be sure to include your name, order number, and a note letting us know you're interested in returning the item purchased. Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days from the time we receive your return. After we receive your item, a credit will be issued to the original method of payment and a return receipt will be sent to the email used during the original purchase. If the return was a gift, please shoot us an email at artisanbaubles@gmail.com to make other accommodations. At this time we do not offer free shipping on returns.
At Artisan Baubles our jewelry is handmade by myself. That means that each and every piece has been created with intention and purpose by myself. Under our 30 day warranty, if we created a piece that is damaged or defective, we'll gladly fix it for you. The warranty does not cover issues from general wear and tear (like tarnishing and scratches), improper use, or any modifications from a third-party.
