Shipping policy

Shipping rates and Delivery time.
 I charge a flat rate postage of $6 and Free Shipping over $100  for each package that I ship unless otherwise stated. 
The greatest shipping problem we run into is incorrect Addresses to ship to. Please double check the address we are sending to. If you made a mistake with this please Email me at artisanbaubles@gmail.com so I can try to catch the order, if I cannot catch the order Artisan Baubles is not responsible for the item. If the item comes back to me I will gladly resend it to the correct address for another $6 shipping charge.
If you have your purchase insured I will replace your item and you will be charged for the $6 mailing fee. 
You will receive a confirmation email when your item has shipped and a tracking number.
Because we understand things can happen to our packages during shipping I decided to offer the Navidium Shipping Protection program
With Navidium Shipping program you can rest assured that your handmade piece of jewelry will be replace/refunded without any problems,.  
Navidium works well when a package is lost or damaged during the shipping process, I highly recommend 
How does Navidium coverage 
At checkout you will see the option to purchase coverage for a small fee.
If something happens to your package please contact me at artisanbaubles@gmail.com with in 15 days and make sure you have your order confirmation or number. There are times with the value of your order or the time urgency can be great and we highly recommend Navidium Shipping Program.
Without Navidium Coverage Artisan Baubles is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
